What we collect

When you place an order or send a message, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, phone number, delivery address (if you choose delivery), and any notes. That’s it.

How we use it

Only to fill your order and talk to you about it — confirmation emails, a text on bake day, or a reply to your question. We don’t sell or share it, and we don’t send marketing emails.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe on their secure checkout page. We never see or store your card number. See Stripe’s privacy policy.

Services we use

• Cloudflare hosts the site and runs a spam check (Turnstile) on our forms.
• Resend delivers our order and confirmation emails.
• Stripe processes card payments.
• Google Maps only loads if you click “Show map”.

Cookies

We don’t use tracking or advertising cookies. Your basket is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it’s still there when you come back. A security check from Cloudflare may set a cookie to keep out bots.
